Coordination

Day-of Coordination Package: Starting at $1,500.00

Full coordination of all vendors, deliveries, decor set-up and tear-down, and timeline management for up to 8 hours* the day of the event. Includes initial meeting, unlimited phone and email interaction, and one meeting** 1 month prior to event.

PART-TIME

Event Planning

Part-Time Planning Package: Starting at $1,700.00

 

A package of up to 4 event services, including selection of vendors, budget management, decoration and theme selection. Includes full day-of coordination, one meeting prior to hire, and one meeting 1 month prior to the event. 

FULL-TIME

Event Planning

Full-Time Planning Package: starting at $2,000.00

 

Full planning from Pinterest to Day-of. Packages are build to suit need, including venue selection, selection of vendors, budget management, decoration and theme selection. Includes full day-of coordination one meeting prior to hire, and one meeting 1 month prior to the event. 

EVENT

Vision

Wedding/Event Vision Package: $500.00

 

Assist with planning of design and decor of the event. Prepare detailed plan for decorations and venue layout. Does not include decoration day of wedding. May add day-of decoration set-up and tear-down for $50/ hour.

VENDOR

Confirmations

Vendor Confirmations Package: $300.00

Confirm with all vendors beginning 2 weeks before the event. 

VENDOR

Recommendations

Vendor Selection/Recommendation Package: $400.00

Assisted selection of vendors including recommendations for vendors dependent on venue. Includes 7 day use of vendor book.

BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE

Party Planning

Bachelor/Bachelorette Party Planning Package: $150.00

Take the stress out of planning your stag party! Includes short phone or email interview to go over group interests and budget, and creation of itinerary per requests.

Weddings, events or meetings outside a 15 mile radius from 97045, are subject to a $0.45 per mile fee.

A minimum deposit of $500 is required to hold your wedding date. Remaining balance due 2 weeks prior to wedding date.

A $50 fee will be included for all weddings in the City of Portland, or at a location with parking fees.

A $100 fee will be included for all weddings over 25 people during the duration of the Covid-19 pandemic.
